Mat’s Approach to Colds
I was a bit sick this weekend. Mat has this incredible, common-sense way of approaching a cold just as it’s starting. Tons of sleep, including daily naps, mild exercise, vitamin Cs, zinc and echinacea lozenges, OJ and pomagranite juice, remove stress, eat healthy, and give and get lots of love (even when grumpy). I have never seen this fail!
